  • Refuse orders

Certain products may be fulfilled by third-party partners, including made-to-order merchandise produced and shipped by Printful, and are subject to separate policies as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including:

  • Payment processing issues

Order Cancellations and Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase

  • You may request a full refund at any time prior to shipment by contacting support@spaceoffgame.com

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, our Returns & Refund Policy applies

For standard (non-preorder) orders:

  • We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been processed or shipped

Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain items, including 3rd party merchandise fulfilled by Printful, are made-to-order and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Kickstarter and Hive Orders

Orders completed through Kickstarter and Hive Interactive are governed by the terms and conditions presented during Hive checkout. Those terms remain the controlling agreement for refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment.

Returns

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Policies differ depending on product type, including Rule 1 Games original products and third-party merchandise.

 

 

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience, but final charges are processed in USD.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

 

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
