This page outlines our shipping policies for different types of products sold through our store.

Because we offer both:

  • Rule 1 Games original products (e.g., Space-Off and expansions)

  • 3rd party made-to-order merchandise (fulfilled by Printful)

shipping timelines and fulfillment processes differ depending on the item you purchased.

3RD PARTY MERCHANDISE SHIPPING (PRINTFUL)

Please note as these items are made by our third party partner, PRINTFUL, fulfillment and shipping timelines are handled through their network. Please carefully review our policies on this page for 3rd party merchandise carefully and contact us with any questions by emailing support@spaceoffgame.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When will I get my 3rd party merch order?
A: Usually, it takes 3–7 days to process an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days (not currently available)

  • Australia: 2–14 business days (not currently available)

  • Japan: 4–8 business days (not currently available)

  • International: 10–20 business days (not currently available)

Please note: Printful merchandise is currently available only within the United States.


Q: Where will my merch order ship from?
A: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company (Printful) with facilities worldwide!


Q: Will I be charged sales tax or customs for my order?
A: Sales tax can vary from state to state in the USA, and will be charged according to your state’s laws.

For international orders, an additional custom/tax fee can occur (orders are not currently available outside the USA). This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


Q: My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
A: Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@spaceoffgame.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue and confirmation if you already checked the above potential errors (delivery address, local post office, and neighbors).

Address Errors Policy
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided at checkout, the following applies:

  • If the package is returned to sender:
    The customer may provide an updated address and pay the reshipment cost. Product cost is not charged again.

  • If the package is delivered to the incorrect address or is not returned to sender:
    The order is considered customer-responsibility and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping for our core products (including Space-Off and expansions) may vary depending on region, fulfillment partner, and availability.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Shipping timelines vary depending on product availability. In-stock items typically ship within a few business days. Pre-orders will ship once inventory becomes available.


Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: Orders may be fulfilled from different regional partners depending on your location, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or Australia/New Zealand.


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on destination and fulfillment location. Estimated shipping timelines will be shown at checkout where available.


Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Availability of international shipping may vary depending on the product and fulfillment region. Any restrictions will be shown at checkout.


Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address — what happens now?
A: If the order was just placed and not shipped, please email us ASAP at support@spaceoffgame.com with your order number and matching order email address. We will see if we can update our fulfillment partner in time. If it has already been shipped then please see the following other options.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it once you provide the corrected address and you, the buyer, covers reshipment postage.

If the package was delivered to the wrong address or never returned, we’re unable to replace it, as we cannot recover the shipment.


Q: My order should have arrived but hasn’t — what should I do?
A: Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors

  • Check with your local post office

  • Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact support@spaceoffgame.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Q: What if my order is lost or delayed?
A: Shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact support@spaceoffgame.com and we will do our best to assist.


Q: What happens if there is an issue after delivery (damage or missing items)?
A: Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms of Service for additional details where applicable.


EU/UK SHIPPING NOTES

For customers located in the European Union and United Kingdom:

  • Orders may be fulfilled by our regional partner, GamesQuest Ltd

  • VAT is included in the purchase price where applicable

  • Additional import duties should not be required for standard deliveries under our fulfillment structure

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates
